PE Christmas Tree Branch Painting Machine
Single Level 2 Output
Centre-stem colouring for moulded PE branches.
A single-level, two-output painting machine for PE artificial Christmas tree branches. It receives parts from a manipulator, positions them, paints along the central stem to suit the branch shape, and places finished parts on a receiving rack.
2 pieces at a time
600–960 pieces per hour*
650 mm machine width
*Stated output. Confirm achievable output with the intended branch design and production setup.
Focused on the branch stem
This single-level, 2-output yellow core painting machine applies colour along the centre stem of PE Christmas tree branches. The painting path follows the branch shape, adding stem colour as a separate finishing step after moulding.
From receiving to finished parts
Four actions form the repeating production sequence.
Receive Accept branches from the docking manipulator.
Position Locate the branches for the painting operation.
Paint Apply paint along the stem to suit the branch shape.
Place Transfer the painted branches to the receiving rack.
A place in PE branch production
The machine works with a docking manipulator to receive moulded PE branches for stem colouring. Positioning, painting and placement form a repeating sequence within the same machine.
From branch detail to tree appearance
PE branches are components of artificial Christmas trees. Centre-stem colouring gives the branch core its required colour as a dedicated finishing step. The machine shown on this page performs the branch painting stage.
Built around the painting process
3 axis painting structure
A dedicated painting mechanism for following the product shape.
Twin paint reservoirs
Two 2,000 mL paint supply containers for the painting operation.
Defined receiving and collection areas
A product receiving assembly and a rack for finished branches.
Integrated machine structure
The main frame carries the painting assembly and electrical control cabinet.

Plan the line connection
The machine receives products from a docking manipulator. Match the receiving position and branch orientation to the upstream equipment, and confirm access around the machine before installation.

- Electrical supply and compressed air
- Final layout and access requirements
Start with the branch sample
The documented examples show different PE branch shapes. Use your own sample to define the centre-stem path and required colour before confirming the machine setup.
Branch geometry
Provide the overall branch dimensions and the shape of the centre stem.
Stem colour
Provide a colour reference and identify the area to be painted.
Transfer orientation
Show how the branch will arrive from the docking manipulator.
Production target
State the required hourly output for the intended branch design.
Application questions
What does 2 output mean
It means two products are processed at a time. The stated hourly output for this configuration is 600–960 pcs/h.
Which part of the branch is painted
Paint is applied along the central stem of the PE branch. The painting path is reviewed against the shape of the intended product.
Is the process limited to yellow paint
Yellow core refers to branch-stem colouring. Specify the required stem colour and paint formulation when reviewing your branch samples.
How are branches transferred to the machine
Branches are received from a docking manipulator. Confirm the receiving position and orientation with the upstream equipment when defining the installation.
Define your branch painting setup
Provide branch samples or drawings, the required stem colour, target hourly output and upstream hand-off arrangement to review the suitable configuration.
