PE Christmas Tree Injection Molding Robot
Single Level 4 Output
Wire insertion and take-out for moulded PE branches.
A single-level, 4-output Christmas tree injection molding robot for PE branch production. It inserts wires, takes moulded products out, removes sprues and places products flat. Select one to four products per moulding cycle to suit the mould cavity count.
1–4 products per moulding cycle
1,560–1,800 pieces per hour*
1,550 mm documented width
*Stated output for the documented configuration. Confirm achievable output with the intended mould, wire and branch design.
Configured around the mould and wire
This Christmas tree wire insertion machine combines wire handling and product take-out in a single-level robot configuration. Select the product count to match the mould, then review the wire type, length and spacing for the intended PE branch.
Wire insertion through to flat placement
Four documented handling functions support the moulding process.
Insert wires Insert the selected wires for the PE branch moulding operation.
Take out products Use the product grippers to remove the moulded branches.
Remove sprues Remove sprues with the robot’s automatic sprue-removal function.
Place flat Place the moulded products flat after handling.
Automation at the moulding machine
This robot is designed to work with a manual moulding machine for PE Christmas tree branch production. Wire insertion, product take-out, sprue removal and flat placement are its documented handling functions. Confirm the mould interface and opening/closing arrangement for the intended installation.
From moulded branches to tree components
Moulded PE branches are components of artificial Christmas trees. The robot handles wire insertion and moulded parts during branch production. The assembled tree illustrates the end use of those components.
Built around wire and product handling
Five motor driven robot axes
Five motor-driven axes, plus a mould opening/closing motor for the manual moulding machine: six motors in total.
Dedicated wire and product gripping
Four wire magazines, four wire grippers and four product grippers form the documented handling configuration.
Quantity and pickup alarms
Set a production target for an alarm notification. Missed wire or product pickups also trigger an alarm.
Sprue removal and flat placement
Automatic sprue removal and a flat-placement function support the handling of moulded products.

Start with the mould wire and branch
Define the intended branch, wire specification and product count before confirming the robot setup. The mould cavity arrangement and required wire spacing guide the application review.
Mould arrangement
Provide the mould cavity count and the positions of the products.
Wire specification
State the wire type, length and required spacing.
Branch handling
Provide the branch sample or drawing for gripper and placement review.
Production target
State the required hourly output for the intended mould and product.
Application questions
Does 4 output mean four products every cycle
The robot can be set for one to four products per moulding cycle to suit the mould. The stated hourly output for the documented configuration is 1,560–1,800 pcs/h.
Can wire types and lengths be changed
Wire type and length can be changed, and spacing adjusted. Confirm the required wire specification and mould arrangement during application review.
What happens if a wire or product pickup is missed
Missed wire or product pickups trigger an alarm. A target-quantity alarm is also provided.
Does this product include the injection moulding machine
This product is the wire-insertion and take-out robot. It is intended for integration with a manual moulding machine; confirm the machine interface and final scope of supply.
Define your wire insertion setup
Provide branch samples or drawings, wire type and length, mould cavity count, required output and details of the moulding machine to review the suitable robot configuration.
